Amos: New Year’s Day!

Two Thousand And Eight: Great!
As you can see Amazon is welcoming the New Year in rainbow colours, and indeed I am feeling pretty chuffed with the colours of nature here today. A quick jog to the shore provided this photo-opportunity to catch the light celebrating on the peaks on the opposite side of Amos Bay.

Early Morning Sunshine Is Welcomed By The Peaks
Later in the month the gardens will start to bloom once again. There are some flowers, they never really stop their radiant displays here, but from mid December until early February the blooms are at their most retiring. Nevertheless I caught these fellows this morning:
