Well not really, but that got your attention didn’t it? The fact is that three local government officials have spent a couple of days on the white houses estate recently and literally plastered the place with red tape. Doors are sealed and notices giving people up to 60 days to sort out the statuses of their homes posted.
No illegal balcony, depot, porch, window, or roof is unaffected. The message is get legal, or it will come down.
Phew, problems, especially for those who live abroad.
Even the home of the former Dean of Eskişehir University and Minister for Education, Orhan Oğuz is affected. He’s been locked out!
