I’m currently fasting because when I watched the film ‘Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead’ I saw two huge people with large beer-like bellies get themselves into shape within 60 days. They did so by restricting their intake to freshly liquidised fruit and vegetable juice. Today is the third day of the fast. I’m aiming initially to manage ten days and then decide if I wish to continue. So far I’ve lost 3 kg.
