Actually figuring out what to eat after this regimen is quite challenging because when you know your confined to freshly juiced fruit and vegetables it’s pretty easy to choose what to eat and how to prepare it. Once that boundary is down the sky is potentially the limit – except, of course, it isn’t for if I simply revert to my previous lifestyle I’ll put the kg back on faster than they dropped away.
Quite simply that at its very best cooking is a silent art. I’m not saying that there is no clatter of pots and pans, or the sizzle of butter cooking in olive oil prior to adding thinly sliced vegetables. Not at all. These sounds are rich and part of the cooking experience. What I’m referring to is the inner silence, and the silence between two cooks sharing a cooking space. They move around each other like dancers. They jam like to violin virtuosos.
