Photography: Experiments with Adobe Lightroom® and Photoshop®

FinePix® E-900, Lightroom® and Photoshop®
Sometimes I promise that during the winter months I will take more images of the local flora. But photographing nature demands more than simply pointing an automatic camera at the unsuspecting flower and hoping for the best.
Yesterday Brian Mosely wrote suggesting that I experiment with Lightzone® and so yesterday confabulated the name I downloaded the trial version of Adobe Lightroom® instead of Lightzone! I used Lightroom® to produce the image of the flower above. The picture was taken with the FinePix® E-900 and recorded in RAW format.
Using Lightroom® was a delight, by far easier than CCD RAW, (Bibble Pro® doesn’t read E-900 files).
The background was pretty boring though, so I changed in with Adobe Photoshop®
