Photography: Olympus OM Zuikos on E-3 Digital
A while back I put a film in my old OM-1 and on having it processed I was blown away by the depth, subtleties of colour, and and treatment of highlights afforded by film once scanned into the computer. Later I experimented with using my OM Zuikos on the E-400. This had mixed success. The OM lens, via an adapter, on the E-400 body makes a really compact unit but the small viewfinder, adequate for most purposes, was just too small for consistent manual focus.
Enter the E-3 with it’s 1 to 1.2 magnified image and suddenly focusing becomes a breeze even with the iris stopped down. Moreover the colour results from this combination either direct as camera .jpgs, or processed from RAW in Bibble Pro, are as close as I’ve seen come to film.

A somewhat modest gin palace!

Looks like a great day was had by all

A superb evening for a drive

A ‘Royal’ rather than ‘Crazy’ Blue, methinks?

The ‘Korfez’, Turunç, after dark.
