Turkey Travel: Mugla

Irem Bray in a Muğla mall.

Muğla is one strange city. I always enjoy being here. It’s compact and as unspoilt as a city can be. Even the small mall near the bus station is a comfortable place to while away a few hours over coffee and a few magazines.

I shot this image of Irem just as she was about to head for the passport office, which was kindness itself to her. The people of Muğla always seem to be polite, without being obsequious,  and helpful.
